These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between win53 ("the Platform") and any individual ("Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers with, or uses the win53 online gaming platform available at win53.pro and any associated mobile applications or services.

By completing the registration process, accessing any game, making a deposit, or otherwise using any part of the win53 service, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full;
• You agree to be bound by these Terms and any supplementary policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy;
• You satisfy all eligibility requirements described in Section 2;
• You are acting in your own name and on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any other person or entity.

These Terms are effective as of January 2026 and supersede all prior versions. win53 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on win53, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the platform;
• Be a resident or citizen of the Philippines, or otherwise be located in a jurisdiction where online casino gaming is legally permitted;
• Not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of win53, its parent company, or any affiliated entity;
• Not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or any other restriction that would prohibit your participation in online gambling;
• Not be registered on any national or PAGCOR-mandated exclusion list;
• Have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

win53 performs Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts. Players may be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys card, passport, or driver's license), proof of address, and additional documentation as required by anti-money laundering regulations. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal restrictions and may lead to account suspension.

win53 reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any account at its sole discretion if there are reasonable grounds to believe that an eligibility requirement is not met.

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) account on win53. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of the name, email address, payment method, or device used — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, win53 will close all associated accounts and may forfeit any balances, bonuses, or winnings accumulated across those accounts.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID;
• Your date of birth;
• A valid and active email address;
• A valid Philippine mobile number;
• Your current residential address.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including your username and password. win53 strongly recommends that you use a unique, complex password and enable any available two-factor authentication features. You must notify win53 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

win53 will not be liable for any losses suffered as a result of unauthorized account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to secure their credentials, or where the Player has shared their login information with another person.

win53 reserves the right to close any account that has been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months, subject to prior notification to the registered email address on file. Any remaining balance in an inactive account will be handled in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations.

All deposits and withdrawals on win53 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). win53 supports the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Coins.ph, USDT, and bank transfer. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱200. Deposits via GCash and Maya are processed instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account balance. win53 does not charge processing fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals to GCash or Maya under ₱50,000 are typically processed within one (1) hour of approval. Larger withdrawals or bank transfer requests may take up to three (3) business days. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification and AML review.

win53 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal. This includes, but is not limited to, proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership, and proof of source of funds. These checks are conducted in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements.

Funds deposited into your win53 account must be used for gaming purposes only. win53 accounts are not to be used as general-purpose financial accounts or for the purposes of money transfer, currency exchange, or any other non-gaming financial activity.

win53 offers various promotional programs including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms, conditions, wagering requirements, validity periods, and game restrictions that are communicated alongside each individual offer.

General bonus terms applicable to all promotions on win53:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they can be converted to withdrawable cash;
• Each promotion specifies which games contribute to wagering requirements — not all games contribute equally;
• Bonuses have an expiry date; unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period;
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless specifically stated otherwise in the promotion's terms;
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where explicitly stated;
• win53 reserves the right to cancel any bonus at its discretion if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or irregular betting patterns.

Players who consistently place bets that cover opposite outcomes, or who demonstrate betting behavior that win53 determines to constitute systematic bonus abuse, will forfeit all bonus-related winnings and may have their accounts restricted. win53's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is final.

All bets placed on win53 are subject to the specific rules governing each game type — whether live casino, sports betting, slots, bingo, color game, or sabong. These rules are available within each game or game category on the platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable game rules.

General betting terms applicable across all win53 game categories:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the Player after placement;
• win53 reserves the right to void bets in the event of a technical error, incorrect odds, game malfunction, or circumstances that render a fair outcome impossible;
• In the event of a system malfunction during a live game session, bets affected by the malfunction will be voided and stakes returned;
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and are displayed within each game interface;
• Results determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) are final. win53 does not intervene in RNG outcomes.

For sports betting specifically: markets may be suspended at any time before or during an event at win53's discretion. Bets placed before a market suspension remain valid unless a void condition is triggered. win53 uses independent data providers for live score and event data; in the event of a data discrepancy, the official result from the relevant sporting body shall prevail.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on win53. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering while under 21 years of age or providing false age information;
• Creating more than one account, or accessing the platform through another person's account;
• Using software, scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Colluding with other players in live casino or poker-type games;
• Exploiting game bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or suspicious financial activity;
• Abusing bonuses or promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended use;
• Using the platform for any purpose other than lawful entertainment gaming;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing win53 staff or other players via any communication channel;
• Attempting to access or interfere with win53's backend systems, databases, or security infrastructure.

win53 employs fraud detection systems, behavioral monitoring tools, and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Players found in violation of this section waive any right to funds held in their account at the time of closure.

win53 is committed to providing a safe, responsible, and controlled gaming environment for all Filipino players. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. It should never be viewed as a source of income, a solution to financial difficulties, or a coping mechanism for personal problems.

win53 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit;
• Loss Limits: Restrict the amount you can lose over a defined period;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon request.

Once a self-exclusion or cooling-off period has been activated, it cannot be reversed before the designated end date. win53 takes this obligation seriously and will not allow access to an excluded account under any circumstances during the exclusion period.

All content on the win53 platform — including but not limited to the win53 brand name, logo, trademarks, game interfaces, graphics, text, audio, video, software, and structural design — is the exclusive intellectual property of win53 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the win53 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any win53 content without prior written authorization;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the platform;
• Using win53's branding, logo, or trademarks in any context outside the platform;
• Creating derivative works based on win53 content.

Any unauthorized use of win53's intellectual property may result in legal action. The win53 name and associated branding are registered and protected marks.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, win53 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to technical errors, system outages, or connectivity failures;
• Losses resulting from unauthorized account access where the Player failed to maintain adequate security;
• Decisions made based on incorrect or delayed game data;
• Losses incurred as a result of reliance on information published on the win53 platform;
• Interruptions to gaming services caused by circumstances beyond win53's reasonable control, including force majeure events, government actions, or third-party service failures.

win53 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free availability of the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary service interruptions. win53 will endeavor to communicate planned downtime in advance wherever possible.

Nothing in these Terms limits win53's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, or your use of the win53 platform, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.

In the first instance, players are encouraged to resolve disputes through win53's internal dispute resolution process:

1. Submit your complaint in writing to win53 support via the contact details in Section 12;
2. win53 will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days;
3. win53 will provide a full response within ten (10) business days of acknowledgment;
4. If you are unsatisfied with the outcome, you may escalate your complaint to PAGCOR using the regulatory escalation procedures published on the PAGCOR website.

win53 is committed to fair and transparent dispute resolution. All decisions made through the internal process are documented and reviewable by the regulator where required.
